After a meeting between X/Z, myself and =WRAG=OSA helping out with the translation we discussed the issues surrounding his conduct in the server and reached a clear understanding. Due to his honestly and genuine approach to resolve this issue and also because we're nice guys in the 104th we have decided to give him another chance on the provision that he follows the server rules like everyone else.
