While in the screenshot you posted your connection is within our limits your connection has consistent packet loss on it, probably as a result of the great fire wall. We require our clients to have a constant ping under 250 and no packet loss. Many clients from the East can meet the low ping limit from time to time but we need the connection to be under 250 with no packet loss at all times. Unfortunately many clients from the east are no longer able to take part in the server due to these connection issues.
