For the buffs and about the early use of F-15 and F-16, here are some interesting reading about Operation Mole Cricket 19, Beqaa Valley. To resume, the use of drones and jamming in SEAD operations and AWACS to vectoring fighters, coordinated with jamming of enemy communications/GCI.
