We were not quite sure, if we should fill it or not, but we had our eyes on a very nice young fella, who impressed us with his promising talent and mature character despite his young age. So, we opened the slot to him, and needless to say: he not only fulfilled our expectations, he submitted his UPTs absolutely spot on! Therefore, on behalf of 104th_Command, let me say CONGRATULATIONS to 104cdt_Junior (formerly known as Random_Pilot) for passing his UPTs and earning his cadet wings.
