SpaceCat
Hi, my name is SpaceCat, callsign "Space", and I'm new to DCS and the 104th. My dream is to fly in the RCAF, so I decided to train myself as much as I could in DCS (F18 isn't out yet, but the F15 is close enough). I was wondering if any of you seasoned veterans could help me with tips and tricks to improve myself, ie. defensive flying, ACM, formation flying, etc.Cheers. Highway
Welcome SpaceCat, welcome to DCS.Yes, I/we could show you a few things. Obviously not to the extent of our 104th Cadets, as they have been chosen and have worked hard just to become 104th Cadets. However, I have a few hints and tips that i could pass along to you, but as with anything it takes practice practice practice to get good at these things. That goes for Formation flying and especially combat. If you're on 104th Teamspeak, message me and we will take a flight. I don't instruct anymore but will be happy to go over a few things that will keep you alive and maybe might just get you back to base in one piece Edited March 31, 2016 by Highway SpaceCat
