IronMike Posted May 18, 2017 Report Share Posted May 18, 2017 it's possible it is an ISP issue on your side, firewall or even a programme like peer block (if you run something like this). VPNs can prevent the server from showing up.But I would start with the ISP and trace route our IP. If there is a problem along the way, you have to contact your ISP.
